Body Coach is
dedicated to the health and quality of life of the people in the
communities we serve. We are a one-to-one personal training facility
specializing in a regimen of training called “Super slow.” As the
name suggests, super slow training calls for slow movement of strength
training through resistance. This training is not only optimal for
body contour changes and reshaping, but additionally provides
therapeutic benefit in that it minimizes joint stress and motion,
placing the stress into the muscle tissue.
Our client range
of age and fitness level varies quite extensively. Super slow
training through Body Coach is ideal for everyone from the most
competitive of athletes to those seeking rehabilitation exercise. In
addition, Body Coach focuses on restoring proper body posturing and
mechanics in everyday life and activity. We have qualified health
professionals specializing in nutrition, cardiovascular conditioning,
